Difficulty in waste water:

Lead containing wastewater, zero discharge requirements, 400m³/d wastewater, 400m³/d reuse water

Project Achievements:

1. Micro flocculation precipitation technology, high efficiency lead removal, lead emission reduction of more than 90%;

2. Water resource reuse rate of SRO membrane system is above 70%;

3. Based on membrane concentration-MVR evaporation process, zero emission can be achieved.
